«I began my professional activity to Bourges in 1987 by working with J.-C. FERET, architect.
The SCP FERET-BLATTER allowed me to familiarize me with procurement contracts notably in hospitable with interesting realizations to Chezal-Benoît, Sancerre, Bellevue or Beauregard to Bourges; in school with the construction of the school of Châtelet.

In 1990, J. MANSIAT architect to Bourges, wishes, as J.-C. FERET to retire in the South; I join with him, and let us create the SCP MANSIAT-BLATTER.
P. BLATTER architect, my father, becomes my co-worker: 16 persons form the agency where from take out beautiful projects such as students' Foyer to Bourges ( CESAL), dwellings to Aubigny or Saint Doulchard, old people's homes in Boulleret, in Bourges.
J. MANSIAT and J.-C. FERET, retired quickly, allowed me by their advices and helps them to pursue the activity until today.»
