Renovation and reorganization of a renting house to Bourges (18000)
This project is the result of several stakes: create a contemporary atmosphere by a well-kept research for the materials and the colours, make a place live dedicated to the rent.
The ground flour is dedicated to the common spaces (kitchen, dining room - stay), the space of 1 er floor loosens 3 rooms and a bathroom, accessible by a wide landing optimizing the arrangements.
